Collection, processing and use of personal data
Your privacy is important to us. As a visitor of our websites, you basically do not need to enter personal data. We only collect anonymized access data without personal connection, such as names of your Internet service providers, the page starting from which you access our website or the name of the requested file. Cookies may be used for purposes of data collection; these cookies however also collect and store data in anonymized or pseudonymized form only and do not permit any inference as to your person. We only collect personal data like name, address, phone number or e-mail address, if the user provides such data voluntarily by phone, through the contact form or by e-mail, for instance, for contacting our customer service. The legal basis for handling such data is our legitimate interest to answer your request according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We only use the collected data for handling your request. Your data will deleted after final completion of processing your request. This is the case when it’s apparent from the prevailing circumstances that the concerned issue is definitively clarified and provided that legal provisions for record retention do not exist.

If you provide us with data on third persons, you need to obtain their consent for the onward transmission of their personal data to us in advance and for the usage of these data by us according to this privacy statement.

Onward transmission of data
The data you have supplied can be forwarded to departments, staff members or contract partners of stabo Elektronik GmbH. However, the data are only forwarded to the extent required for furnishing the requested service performance.

Data safety
The personal data that you provide us with are transmitted in encrypted form.

Right of information & revocation
At any time you have access to all your data stored by us without giving any reasons. You may at any time have the data which have been collected by us blocked, corrected or deleted. Our web font services are GDPR-compliant. This equally applies to the collection of page impressions. For data processing (as controller) we invoke art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest to a short-term processing of the IP for enabling counting and preventing abuse of our counter. These log data will be deleted after 30 days and thus any personal data will not be processed anymore after that.
